We are looking for a Utilities & Tariff Specialist who will assist with customer queries related to utilities and prepayment of electricity and water, assist customers with knowledge transfer and general communications and coordination in the utilities customer care department. The utility administrator will be joining an existing team.
Requirements:
Understanding of: electricity and water billing, tariffs, etc
Excellent English written and verbal communications
High level of numerical accuracy and detail orientation
High computer proficiency (e.g. advanced excel, worked with specialized software)
Customer-oriented with a minimum of 3 years customers experience in utilities (dealing with utilities at real estate companies, metering department/s, etc.)
Ability to be patient and convey information effectively
Outgoing person with a passion for helping people
Highly result orientated with a focus on customer satisfaction with optimal turnaround times
Excellent time management skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Must have own transport
Advantages:
Background in real estate or property management
Previous metering or prepayment experience
Knowledge of utility management software
