Office Administrator position available
Monday – Friday 08h00- 17h00
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Processing of orders
Assisting clients via the telephone or in-person
Filing
Account payments
Liasing with suppliers, customers and service providers
Assisting with the packing and dispatching of orders during peak periods
Checking of all orders
Tele-sales
Stock Control
Website and catalogue updates
Planning and preparation of Trade shows
You will be required to work 2 weekends per year in Midrand
Knowledge of Pastel will be an advantage
The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and without supervision.
Accuracy is of utmost importance
Client focus and customer service is a priority
Excellent Administration skills
Drivers license and own vehicle
References required
To start ASAP
