We feel inspired every day when we check out her website and Instagram and we see the messages she would have shared. Earlier she shared an amazing picture (effects of training so hard) and had this to say…

“Always defend your right to heal at your own pace. You are taking your time. You are allowed to take your time🍃. There’s a difference between challenging yourself and overwhelming yourself. It’s okay to go at your own pace, OKAY?”

There was a whole lot of hashtags though but we chose the message as I felt it was more inspiring to all of us who might want to take up the challenge and live a healthy life. The main message was that we have to stick to our pace of getting things done, this doesn’t apply only in Fitness or Training but to life as well. To be successful in life one has to follow their own paths and stick to their own pace as the path is different for each one of us…

Ophela Mhlauli also shared more tips on Monday when she posted this picture doing what she loves the most… She said: “Happy Monday Fit Fam 😄✨. For the next 12 days, I’ll be spending more time on the road 🏃(running) and at home (home workouts) 🏋🏽‍♀️because it’s exam season and I’ll be sharing those workouts soon 😅. My current goal is to maintain my weight during this 📚 season while I keep my diet as clean as possible because the last thing I want is to start from scratch next month. I can’t let all my hard work go to waste🙅🏽”

Remember nothing is impossible in life as our very own favourite trainer is a full-time student but she is making it work. She had this to say on how to balance school and her workouts… Ophela said:

“Me looking at all the school work I still have to cover before my first exam 😩😭. Guys procrastinating 😓 I honestly feel like if I could manage my time I could get a lot of things done 🤦🏽‍♀️. Balance building a business and getting an education is very difficult but NOT impossible.

Task for the next 3 weeks :
1. Less gym and more home workouts 
2. Less talking and more DOING!
3. Time Management ( timing myself if I have to).

These are honestly very small tasks and are hard to implement but I love challenges and I’m ready to tackle this one ☝🏼💪🏽”
