Kim Jayde has taken to her social media to reveal she has been seeing a therapist since the first week of January. The star made this known after she shared that reading some comments and DMs breaks her heart and brings tears to her faces.
Kim went on to share some of the comments she received recently. She said that some people feel they have a right to be cruel and say what they want to you, no matter how dark or disturbing.
The TV host stated that she had to register for therapy so it won’t get to her as she is learning how to heal from past trauma.
“As blessed as my life is,reading comments & dms like this used to bring me to tears on a daily. People feel they have a “right” to be cruel and say what they want to you, no matter how dark or disturbing.
I’ve been seeing a therapist since 1st week of January and I’m learning how to heal past trauma, cope with bullies and just be a better human.”
