Is Zekhethelo on a mission to air other people’s dirty laundry? #Uzalo. ”And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” – Revelation 21:4
Zekhethelo should take a bit of time to visit the above scripture, we reckon it might help. Monday evening’s episode of SABC 1’s Uzalo saw many of us watch in disbelief as Zekhethelo expressed how she yearns to create a new truthful path for herself by revealing other people’s secrets.

Some even threw shade at her:
This pastor should leave the show, he's is as boring as diniwe and zekethelo. I just want to fast-forward if the character is on screen. #Uzalo

When she shared this decision with her aunt, Gabisile, she immediately dismissed the idea as the revelations could potentially ruin a lot people’s lives including Pastor Mdletshe, who happens to be her brother. Although this could have a negative impact on his life, the pastor concurs with Zekhethelo’s approach, which comes as no surprise as he is a man of God.
Unfortunately, in situations like these, there aren’t any fixed solutions. Basically, one should do what they believe will lead to the life that they crave. However, on the other side of the coin, spirituality is a personal practice which begs the question: could Zekhethelo live a peaceful and truthful life without dragging other people’s names through the mud?
