Gauteng: At 05H33 Saturday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the corners of CR Swart Drive and Green Avenue in Edleen on the East Rand.
Reports from the scene indicate that two cars were involved in a collision.
Medics assessed the patients and found that one person had sustained fatal injuries and two other patients sustained moderate injuries.
Once stabilized the injured patients were transported by private ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
