DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Operates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic equipment automatic, semiautomatic, and manual to fabricate, finish, or package products.
Key Job Responsibilities include but not limited to
Follow the Job Instruction Breakdowns JIBs for the job.
Handle materials to and from the production line.
Count, identify and weigh materials as required.
Exercise safe work practices.
Maintain good housekeeping of area.
Maintain specific quality standards by performing all checks as required by the quality sampling standards.
Maintain production rates and strives to improve.
Complete all necessary paperwork and computer input as requested.
Use common hand tools, gauges, measuring devices, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment to perform job functions.
Clean windows with the cleaning solution
Read, understand, and respond to instructions.
Become skilled at identifying product names, codes, labels, ID numbers, and associated components.
Perform running adjustments, perform minor preventative maintenance on equipment, complete standard setup changeovers on equipment.
Work at different workstations and various departments as production needs require.
Utilize special handling equipment to aid in the movement or positioning of materials.
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain regular attendance.
Must be able to work overtime as business need dictates.

Work Environment
Must be able to bend, lift, squat, twist, stand and move repetitively for 810 hours a day.
Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
Work in various adverse conditions such as temperature to complete work assignments.
PPE RequiredSteeltoed shoes, Safety Glasses, and Hearing Protection on the manufacturing floor.
Noise level in this work environment is moderate.
Must be able to work flexible hours at any time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Certification Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
