Former eThekwinin mayor Zandile Gumede is expected to appear in court for possibly violating her bail conditions.
Gumede is out on R50,000 bail for her alleged involvement in a multi-million rand waste tender.
She is facing charges of fraud and corruption. On Thursday the Asset Forfeiture Unit (AFU) and the Hawks cracked down on 16 people linked to the case.
