The funeral of the four children allegedly killed by their mother took place on Friday. The children aged between two and 11 are believed to have been bludgeoned to death with a hammer.
Hundreds of mourners were in attendance to pay their last respects.
The National Prosecuting Authority wants the 32-year-old woman to undergo psychiatric evaluation. She was rushed to hospital on Thursday after collapsing in court. The matter has been postponed to 29 November.
