Award-winning rapper Emtee has announced that he has officially left his former record label, Ambitiouz Entertainment. The star released a statement in which he announced the news that he was no longer under the label’s management as of 8 August 2019.
In the statement, Emtee addressed the speculation surrounding his contract. He said in part: “Following a long and in-depth reflection of on my career as an artist, where I am now and where I see myself in the next few years, I have made the decision that the time has come for me to now part ways with Ambitious Entertainment.
The rapper expressed gratitude to his fans for their support. He said in part: “I would like to thank my family, immediate and extended. My friends and my supporters as well as fellow artists in the music and creative sector generally, who supported me.
This comes months after the rapper tried to leave the label. Emtee leaves Ambitiouz Entertainment.
