Junior Beverage Manager required for a busy Sandton Venue. Candidates with 2 – 4 years Bar Management as well as Bar Stock Control Experience will be considered. Person will be responsible for overall Beverage operations, will manage all stock and purchasing. Main duties will include staff training, staff booking and managing and overall quality control. Must be skilled in all beverages, Wines, and Cocktails. Must have the ability to work under huge pressure and long hours typical of this industry. Experience in a multi-bar venue essential. Must be energetic and passionate about hospitality. Minimum Grade 12, Good Word and Excel Skills Essential too.
