This role will be accountable for the successful output of the following performance areas:

Key Responsibilities:

To hire, train, manage and develop Customer Services Call Centre staff
To effectively manage and cross-silo manage all resources to optimise productivity levels
Ensure compliance to in-house policy & procedures, labour law as well as current legislation (National Credit Act)
To manage operational procedures and systems
To manage client service objectives
To collate and effectively utilise reports
To action administrative tasks

Customer Service oriented

Efficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, Account Management Debtor Systems and Inbound & Outbound Fax Processing Systems
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays on shift rotation
Numerical Ability with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic environment

Specific Requirements

Matric/Grade 12
At least 2 years Team Leader experience within a Call Centre environment. Apply Now
