The Pietermaritzburg High Court is hearing a bid to stop the coronation of Prince Misuzulu as AmaZulu King.
The late Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini’s brother claims the heir is set to be installed in secret on Friday.
Prince Mbonisi Zulu wants the alleged ceremony to be urgently stopped.
He wants it halted until cases regarding the king’s estate and signatures are resolved. Those matters are expected to be heard next Tuesday.
