Coronavirus threat – Trevor Noah cancels The Daily Show

Prevention is better than cure, it is important to avoid taking the risk than trying to get out after falling into it. Television host and comedian Trevor Noah has canceled The Daily Show due to the threat of the coronavirus.
The comedian, who previously announced that he will no longer be having an in-studio audience, in a video, announced that he will not be filming episodes for the show until further notice.
“We at The Daily Show have decided that we are not going to have shows next week. We won’t be recording anything from the studio because we are trying to do our part to socially distance ourselves,” he explains.
Furthermore, Trevor goes on further to urge people to look after themselves and stay away from places where there are a lot of people.
“The longer we stay out there, the longer coronavirus stays a threat, and the longer the medical system will struggle. Stay home, stay safe, wash your hands, face time your friends, and hopefully soon we will see the other side of it,” he said.
