SPOILER ALERT – I just Watched Avengers: Infinity War, OMG Loki, Nick Fury, Gamora… I won’t spoil much for those who haven’t watched this masterpiece… Ok, after over a year’s anticipation I finally got to watch Avengers: Infinity War. I cannot help but take a deep sigh while writing this because this masterpiece will leave you with a lot of mixed emotions. Laughter, tears (almost), cheers… and so much more! This movie was emotionally draining, yet a satisfying experience that definitely makes you feel beyond excited.
Marvel Studios have definitely outdone themselves this time around, with a rooster of all your favourite superheroes yet the script was carefully coordinated so all get a chance to shine. The movie however also explores the character of the greatest supervillain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe yet, Thanos, played by Josh Brolin. This guy is the IT of Bad guys, I must say he really delivered.
The movie tells his story, we get an understanding of where he was coming from and get to appreciate why he is the worst of them all. You get to hate him, love him and hate him again all in the same movie. One might actually say, Avengers: Infinity War is a Thanos movie featuring the Avengers lol.
This story was built in a decade which is what contributes to the richness of this story. Ooh, by the way, Loki dies – spoiler alert!
The ending was perfectly delivered if you ask me. It leaves you with so many questions, what’s next? so much loss what will be the fate of the Avengers?
As usual, every Marvel movie has a post credit scene, I don’t have to tell those true Marvel fans. In this, one they leak what next to expect, Nick fury pages someone and the camera zooms in and we see a Captain Marvel logo. Yes, we may have a new Avenger coming to the rescue, one who is believed to be the most powerful and get this, it’s a female Character.
I hope I didn’t spoil too much Mzansi. Make time and watch this masterpiece guys. Cheers! Another spoiler, Nick Fury is a gonner!
