Renowned Recruitment Agency in Table View seeks a Debtors/Creditors/Payroll/ Recruitment Administrator to support a team of experienced recruiters.
You will be responsible for:
· payroll for +- 25 workers on Sage VIP
· debtors and creditors for 3 companies on Omni Accounting
· invoicing, collections, admin and filing
· You will post job ads on relevant job portals and on social media (FB, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram correspondence)
· statutory admin, submissions and pay run preparations
You should have:
· 5 years + financial admin experience
· Omni or similar accounting package experience
· payroll on Sage VIP or similar experience will be beneficial
· A tertiary bookkeeping/ financial admin qualification will be beneficial.
