Manufacturing Company requires a Reconciliation Clerk with three years of experience reconciling and verifying account information who will utilize their strong accounts/reconciliations knowledge to help the company grow and comply with polices.The client has indicated that the successful candidate will require the following: skilled in the organization, verification and storage of data in both electronic and paper formats,management of secure access and distribution of information ,excellent recording of accounts receivables with invoices and other documentation delineating daily office and departmental operations,delivery of optimized productivity despite critical or stressful environment,exceptional communication skills, ensuring clients and coworkers understand processes and requirements for storing and retrieving information,strong time management and problem solving faculties skilled at computer solutions related to documentation storage such as MS Excel,.The successful incumbent will gather accounting data for all department transactions, verifying and processing before reconciling documentation input,managed routing of billing statements and invoices to the mail room for delivery to respective customers and clients,contact clients and customers to inform them of discrepancies in documentation, working out details and timelines for submitted corrections and manage records of canceled checks, holding them for one year before digitizing and destroying originals one year after original transaction together with documenting and filing reconciled bank deposits and customer and client payments, providing feedback and follow-up as needed and working with department heads to ensure compliance with company reconciliation policies.Matric/enior Certificate,Extreme MS Office profiency and superior typing and accuracy skills are needed for this position together with a professional, mature and detail oriented manner.
