Police in Cape Town have already made one arrest for intimidating a shop owner ahead of the planned EFF protest on Monday.
This emerged as the Premier of the Western Cape and law enforcement agencies laid out their safety plans.
The team says it’s ready with the South African National Defence Force already deployed.
