Mzansi musician and rapper, Nasty C, took to social media earlier today to flaunt his diamond “Zulu” inspired chain which he made himself. Nasty C has been really living up to his image, which also happens to be the title of his upcoming album, ‘Zulu Man With Power’. The muso took to both his Instagram and Twitter accounts to share a video clip of his new diamond neck chain with a touch of iHawu

According to SA Hip Hop magazine and for those that don’t know, iHawu is one of the signature weapons of defence from the Zulu tribe that has existed for centuries. It was mostly used by warriors.
Nasty C is fusing his love and pride for his Zulu culture with a modern style of bling. In the video, Nasty C explains his masterpiece creation. “I call this the Zulu chain. Have you ever seen a Zulu man as passionate as this? Never let them live, just animal skin and it’s real baby.” The rapper also had to add in that he made the chain all by himself.
