KwaZulu-Natal: Early Saturday morning Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the N3 at the Hammersdale Bridge, Durban West region.
Reports indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle lost control resulting in a rollover ejecting all three occupants.
One adult female had sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased by medics.
Another two adult females had sustained serious injuries.
The patients were treated on scene and once stabilized were transported by ambulance to the hospital.
