Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma welcomes the Constitutional Court judgment on the reopening of candidate registrations.
The court upheld the IEC’s decision to reopen the candidate list.
The DA brought the challenge, arguing that the IEC was biased in favour of the ANC.
As one of the respondents in the application, Dlamini-Zuma said the DA was incorrect in its interpretation.
The candidate lists will close on Tuesday at 5 pm.
