Mbalula meets with Outa & AA over e-tolls

Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula says he’s considering options to solve the controversial e-tolls impasse.

The minister met with the Automobile Association and the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (Outa) on Wednesday.

The two organizations have been at the forefront of fighting against e-tolling.

“We listened to both stakeholders and committed to give them feedback from our engagement processes,” said Mbalula.

“We will no doubt engage with the information they placed at our disposal.”

Mbalula said in July that there is a demand on the table to scrap e-tolls.
