Job-related Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Query Desk – Customer Care, client liaison, general reports including KPI’s, daily stats, document control in a warehouse environment.
Minimum of 2-year previous experience in stock control and investigation (systems & physical).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an admin role.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with KPI’s and on time.
Electives
Ability to liaise directly with the client clearly and professionally.
Ability to give instructions to floor personnel effectively and ensure execution and resolution is achieved timeously and accurately.
Ability to work in a team and be a good team player
Able to work without supervision
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Facilitation and bookings with Volvo Sweden and South African dealerships on parts related to parts fill rate at the dealership, back order planning, and communication, Volvo managed inventory systems, car hire facilitation, and control.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Volvo Point of contact for all of the Volvo dealerships.
Volvo Sweden order handling and planning of dealership stock
Volvo VMI management
Backorder management and processing for Client
Claims processing and reporting
Car Hire management and control
Collection/Movement requests are managed effectively and decisively.
Planning special requirements, Adhoc Requirement and costing’s
Investigating all incidents/damages /queries
Managing exceptions, ensuring these are resolved and queries logged.
Support Management with meetings and reviews/SLA meetings
Compilation and circulation of weekly/monthly KPI reports.
Branch escalations for deliveries and collections.
Volvo management Inventory Partner Delivery Report
Must be able to work well under pressure and able to resolve customer queries without escalation. Must be able to meet all deadlines and be dedicated to total client satisfaction.
