Suspended deputy NPA head Nomgcobo Jiba is back in the hot seat at the Mokgoro inquiry on Monday.
Jiba’s been testifying about her tenure at the prosecuting authority.
She’s denied that she stalled high-profile prosecutions to please politicians, and says she never received a cent from Bosasa.
But Jiba will have to answer tough questions this week, under cross-examination at the inquiry.
At stake is her job and that of fellow NPA prosecutor Lawrence Mrwebi.
