A leading manufacturer and fore runner in their field is looking for an internal auditor to join their team. The successful candidate will provide an independent objective assurance function to ensure good corporate governance, risk management and internal controls are in place to achieve company objectives.
JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of systems and controls
·
Assessing compliance with policies and procedures, regulations and applicable legislation.
·
Reporting audit findings and making recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions.

Candidate Requirements
EDUCATION
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
·
BComm/BTech in Internal Auditing
JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
·
At least 5 years’ experience in auditing preferably in the manufacturing industry
·
MS Office Suite
·
SAP R3
·
Ability to work independently
·
Good analytical and communication skills
·
Must be willing to travel within Africa
