South Africa’s marathon queen Gerda Steyn has done it again. She’s won the Two Oceans ultra-marathon in record time on Sunday morning.
She blasted through the finishing line erasing Frith van der Merwe’s 3:30:36 record posted in 1989, to set her time of 3:29:42.
This is the same record she missed in 2019 by just 49 seconds.
