Eskom is taking strong measures against government entities to recover debt. The power utility has promised to recover billions of rands owed in unpaid bills.
On Tuesday, a court order was enforced and property attached at the Emfuleni municipality head offices for non-payment. The municipality located in Gauteng owes R635-million to the power utility.
