Electrician wanted – Apply:

The primary purpose of this role is to maintain the electrical, electronic installations & improve & install electrical controls.

Requirements:
• Trade Tested Electrician
• PLC Programming
• 3-5 years’ experience

Key responsibilities:

• Maintenance on all the factories supply’s and complete distribution.
• Electrical installation
• Maintenance of electrical and electronic machines
• Daily: everyday planning
• Weekly: There is once weekly planning for jobs planned/scheduled
• Monthly: Monthly preventative maintenance plan that is issued
• Keeping all planned work to schedule and break downs as fast as possible
• Completion of documents
• Do standby on a scheduled rotation
• Lease with production when necessary
• Do all admin work that is required

Manage subordinates:

• Ensure performance according to targets and objectives
• Motivation of subordinates
• Discipline of subordinates
• Training and mentoring of subordinates
• Ensure smooth working of team
