Electrician/Caretaker Required

Job Requirements:

*Must have 7 years of electrical experience (Will be tested and certification required)* Capable of fingerprint access, control technical work/installations* Rewiring DB Boards* Fixing stove plates, installation of cameras, installation of single-phase and 3 phase meters, etc. Checking for illegal wiring and bypassing of meters

General caretaker duties which include but is not limited to: * Cleaning of building* Collection of rentals* Tenant Liaison.* General Maintenance
