Former SAA board chairperson Dudu Myeni has filed papers at the South Gauteng High Court. She’s suing the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (Outa) for R8-million.
Myeni says Outa published a tweet on 3 October 2019 which read: “A reminder of the damage Dudu Myeni caused at SAA.
“She also sat on several other boards, including Mhlathuze Water Board.
“Imagine the damage done there. OUTA is the only civil action organization holding her accountable.”
Myeni’s lawyers have ordered Outa to delete the statement from their Twitter account and all other platforms.
