Mzansi Celebs

Real vs Fake – Did These celebs get a B00B Job?

Beauty comes at a price and nobody understands that more than Mzansi’s biggest stars. A-list celebrities are willing to fork out thousands of Rands to look their best, with some willing to go under the knife to achieve their desired look. In 2017, Khanyi Mbau spent a whopping R95 000 on cosmetic surgery. The actress had work done on her breasts, among other things. But is Khanyi the one celebrity with surgically enhanced boobs?

We are taking a look at which stars admitted to having a boob job done, who has been falsely accused and who allegedly got them done on the DL.

Ayanda Thabethe: 100% real

Ayanda Thebathe set the record straight recently about whether her boobs were real or fake while clapping back at a tweep recently. The Twitter user claimed Ayanda’s breasts were courtesy of silicone.

Ayanda replied that she was 100% real. “100 percent natural… please do get your facts straight next time before you speak with such conviction,” she wrote.

Zodwa Wabantu: Fake

South Africa’s favourite dancer and socialite Zodwa Wabantu is not afraid to admit all the upgrades she had done on her body.

The 33-year-old told the Sunday Sun at the Durban July last month that getting her breasts done was the “most wonderful decision” she ever made. “My boobs were starting to fall. I had to do something about it and did a boob job,” she told the publication.

Lerato Kganyago: Real

Lerato is willing to put her money where her mouth is as far as her boobs are concerned. The radio personality never shies away from keeping it real on Twitter about all aspects of her life. She defended her beautiful bosom in May after Twitter users questioned whether she got work done.

I’m giving them an opportunity to come touch and feel them, I will give them 50K CASH immediately if they fake and if they real they must both deactivate their accounts!!! I’m game! Let’s see if they reply,” she wrote.

“I believe that plastic surgery is done to enhance the appearance of an individual and I am extremely happy and content with my looks. At this stage in my life, there is absolutely nothing I want to change about myself. Unless I burn myself or something, maybe I can consider plastic surgery but right now I am set,” she told the publication.

Rosette Ncwane: Fake

Model Rosette Ncwane came clean about her plastic surgery in a revealing Instagram post earlier this year. Rosette, who has two daughters named Gabrielle and Talitha, says her breasts changed after she had children.

“I’ve always had big boobs but after baby Tali they looked like rain drops. I blame Gabrielle, she breastfed for three years. I struggled to do lingerie/swimsuit shoots, so I went under the knife for a lift augmentation,” she told her followers.
