Reporting to: Call Centre Supervisor
Overview: As Data Capturer, you will be responsible for updating customer and vehicle records, conducting CSI Calls and completing any other data tasks. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to grow in the business.
Job Role:
In this position, your duties/tasks will include but not limited to
1. Conduct all tasks in a professional manner.
2. Complete data tasks assigned to you.
3. Working to deadlines
4. Preparing reports
5. Meet daily and monthly targets
6. Manage all relevant administration process
7. Reporting of results and problem areas directly to your supervisor
8. Adhering to confidentiality regulations
9. Gain an understanding of the workings of Pinewood DMS required for the role and other systems in place
10. Supporting Agents with administrative tasks

Inherent Requirements of the Job:
1. Proficient typing skills
2. Fully computer literate
3. Proficient in MS Office
4. Professional communication skills in English and Afrikaans (written, verbal & telephonic)
5. Able to work in a team as well as independently
6. Accuracy and good attention to detail
7. The ability to do the same task for long periods of time
8. Punctual and good customer service skills
9. A conscientious and responsible working attitude
10. A good understanding of data confidentiality issues
