Solid 2/3 years experience in customer relation administration
The successful candidate will perform the following duties/tasks:
Responsible for greeting customers at the customer service desk and seeing to their needs.
Take calls from customers who wanted to register a complaint or ask a question and follow through to customer satisfaction/Resolution
Assist in developing customer opinion cards used to gauge the overall customer satisfaction.
Any and all customer Satisfaction /Relationship tasks as required by management
