The Client Engagement Assistant ensures the Viadex lead generation database is viable, accurate and classified/segmented.
The role will provide support to Client Engagement Executives in the Marketing Division through monitoring and tracking activities and leads and assigning tasks on the Viadex pre-engagement system (Hubspot). The ability to conduct pertinent research to uncover potential opportunities for the Client Engagement Executive to pursue will add value to the outputs of this role.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.
Key Accountabilities:
Curates client-lead database
Monitor campaign activities and leads
Assigns tasks
Conducts research to spot opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
School leaving certificate/matric required
Can-do attitude with great communication skills
Willingness to learn
Strong time management and organization skills is a must!
