Appointment setting Telesales
Background
You will be on the phone setting appointments and cleaning our database. It would be best if you had a passion for engaging with people, be focused and outcome-driven. Working as part of the sales team, you will have targets focused on call volume, script accuracy (guidelines), and setting up appointments for sales specialists.
Your day will be broken up into three parts; part one will be validating and checking the accuracy of our database, part two will involve you pitching our product (high level) to prospective clients and setting up a meeting for our sales consultant. The third part will be validating that the prospect is on schedule for the meeting, and the meeting will take place as communication.
Job outline;
Managing the sales resource/s calendar
Complete daily, weekly, monthly reporting and feedback loops as required
Provide proactive feedback regarding suggested changes or improvements to scripting, sales or service procedures that could improve the business
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analysis
Monitor and evaluate success and failure of conversion rates from the previous week and identify solutions to failed conversions.
Working directly in the CRM system
Must have:
Computer literacy and experience working in CRM
Minimum 3 – 5 years Telesales, a combination of outbound & inbound sales related experience
Clear contactable references
No criminal record
Must have the ability to research and cross-check information online.
Proven track record delivering on sales targets and successfully dealing with customer relationships
Excellent selling skills, communication skills both verbal and written
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and preferably one other South African language
Must communicate professionally
Clear and concise communication
Must be engaged in the conversation
