Cardi B declares boundaries amidst controversy with Offset

Cardi B, the renowned rapper behind hits like “Money,” took to Twitter to convey a clear message to her fans and critics. This came in response to her husband, Offset, 31, accusing her of infidelity—an allegation she vehemently denied—just last week.

In a tweet shared on Thursday night, the 30-year-old artist wrote, “DND TYPE OF SUMMER,” employing the acronym for “do not disturb.” This statement resonated with many of her supporters, as one fan concurred, saying, “Absolutely, I’m planning on taking a break from people this summer.” Speculation arose among some fans, who wondered if this tweet hinted at the arrival of new music. One individual tweeted, “Could this be an album title?” while another ventured a guess that it might serve as the name for her “next single.”

The tweet followed a highly publicized dispute between the married rappers. It all began when Offset initially posted an Instagram Story, which has since been deleted, reading, “My wife f—ed a N—- on me gang yall n—- know how I come.”
