Cape Town avoids Stage 6 blackouts

The rest of South Africa will continue to experience Stage 6 blackouts on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, those in Cape Town will only go up to Stage 4.

The City is using the Steenbras hydroelectric plant to mitigate the impact.
