Call Centre Consultants or Agents wanted immediately: Salary R4 500 to R12 000 per month

We are Looking For Call Centre / Customer Service Agents who are Passionate and a service Driven. The Entire team will be ALLOCATED tO oPERATE in Different Departments, Inbound, Customer Service and Sales Department.( Permanent Jobs).

Minimum Requirement of Grade 11 -12 shall be required from all applicants.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED as We provide Training and Call Centre Certificate.

All Successful Candidates will Be Enrolled to Perform the following Duties

Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
Determining eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Establishing policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintaining communication equipment by reporting problems.
Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

Earn R4500-12000p/m Plus Benefits.
