Bosasa will be in the spotlight once again when ANC MP Cedric Frolick appears before the state capture inquiry.
Last year, former Bosasa executive Angelo Agrizzi made damning allegations against Frolick.
He said the MP was paid R40,000 a month to facilitate meetings between the company and politicians. The politicians included then correctional services chairperson Vincent Smith.
Smith handed himself over to police on Thursday and appeared before the Palm Ridge magistrate’s court.
