Job Description
To oversee the general Production and Presentation of all Bakery Items for a Group of Retail Grocery Stores located in Greater Johannesburg North regions. Will be stationed and main Central Production Kitchen and Flagship Retail store. Management of Staff. Stock Control and Requisitioning/Ordering. Wastage and Hygiene Management. Staff Training and Discipline. Previous experience within a Bakery Management role required.
Qualifications
Professional Baking/Cookery/Pastry Qualification required.
Skills
Ability to work Retail Hours. Great Leadership and Management skills. Methodical and Systematic working methods. Strong Kitchen Administration. Great Creative Skills.
