The trial of the six people accused of killing Health Department officials and whistleblower Babita Deokaran has been postponed.
The murder case has been postponed to 5 and 8 October, due to the recording system not working.
The accused will remain in custody.
The former senior finance official was gunned down outside her home in August.
She was a witness in a PPE corruption investigation.
