Job Description
Work with Technicians and capture job information onto Pastel.
You are the interface between the Technicians and Customer Services who interface with the Customer.
You interface with Procurement to ensure jobs are quoted correctly and parts are procured timeously.
You pick jobs and parts and give it to the Technicians. When jobs are returned from Technicians, you close jobs timeously to ensure Customer satisfaction.
Minimum qualification required: grade 12, no experienced required
