Could women be the answer to fighting crime in their communities?
Well, in some areas of the Western Cape it’s starting to look like it.
Dozens of women have applied as neighbourhood watch members and officers of Law Enforcement Advancement Plan and SAPS.
They have now been deployed to crime-ridden areas, Delft being one of them.
