Sadly the joy was short-lived for fans as it’s just been confirmed that the actor will not be joining the telenovela. This was confirmed by trusted Entertainment Commentator Phil Mphela. However, he didn’t dismiss the possibility of Vuyo Dabula joining the soap-drama in the near future.

“I can confirm that Dabula has not been hired to join the soapie. Things might change in the future but right now the rumours are FALSE.” He posted on his Twitter account.

It turns out that was nothing but a rumour as the former ‘The Queen’ actress will not be joining Uzalo. The two stars are yet to comment on these reports.

Dineo, who has since left the Fergusons Production has been focused on enhancing her brand online with her husband Solo Langa. More recently she hosted the South African Music Awards which received mixed emotions. She hosted the show alongside comedian Donavan Goliath.
