We are looking for an Onsite / UX Assistant to join our Marketing Team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about the customer, marketing and how intuitive design can improve the customers journey and achieve the businesses objectives. We offer everyday use of relevant UX tools and frameworks with a high degree of freedom and autonomy that allows extensive professional growth within a dynamically growing E-commerce sector. You will work closely with our Dev, SEO, and Creative Teams and will have the opportunity to create your own career path within a dynamic and passionate business.
Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:
Onsite banner loading
Designing UX/UI wireframes and structures
Align app and web creative to weekly themes and campaigns
Track and report user behavior onsite and in-app
Create heatmap reports
Look for opportunities based on user behavior to promote relevant product
Build basic CMS campaign pages
Incorporate customer feedback through surveys, market trends, best practices, departmental input, user behavior and a/b testing in new templates and journeys
Education, Skills and Experience required:
1 + years in UX /UI/ Web design experience
HTML, HTML5 and CSS, CSS3 experience is essential
Creating templates for tech stack in HTM, CSS
CMS experience, banner uploading – advantageous
E-commerce website experience – advantageous
Passion for UX, UI and creating measurable journeys
Google Analytics – advantageous
Microsoft Office – Excel
SEO principles understanding
Interest in user behavior and psychology
Ability to work under tight time constraints
Comfortable with numbers, data and analytics
High Attention to detail
Able to work independently and within a team dynamic
Ability to take the lead and be resourceful in finding content opportunities
Communicating with different areas of the business.
