KwaZulu-Natal: At approximately 11H00 Monday morning Netcare 911 responded to a shooting on the corners of Boshoff and Burger Streets in the Pietermaritzburg CBD.
Reports indicate that two adult males had sustained multiple gunshot wounds while seated in their bakkie.
Paramedics assessed both patients however they showed no signs of life and were sadly declared deceased on the scene.
As per members of the public who were on scene when the shooting occurred they believe it may be related to the taxi industry.
Circumstances leading up to the incident are not yet known however SAPS are on scene and have secured the area for investigators.
