Gauteng: At 15H53 Wednesday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the R550 Kliprivier Road in Abmarie AH South of Johannesburg. Reports from the scene indicate that two trucks were involved in a collision.
When medics assessed the patients they found two adult males mechanically trapped in the cab of the rear truck.
The Mid Vaal Fire and Rescue Services used hydraulic tools to free the men. Once treated and stabilised both patients were transported by private ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
