EDUCATION & SKILLS:
Degree in Travel & Tourism (Advantageous)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in traveling
Must be computer literate (MS Office Suite)
Strong telephone and communication skills
COMPETENCIES:
Must have the ability to develop strong working relationships and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both written & verbal
Must be able to plan work accordingly to meet tight deadlines and cope under pressure
Must be able to work in a team driven environment
Honest and open personality
To be proactive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all the Travel and Hotel arrangements
To keep traveling cost report up to date
Fully conversant with the paperless procedures
Ability to update all traveller profiles
Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings
All vouchers correctly issued and emailed as per request
Immediate attention to any requests and complaints
Accepting responsibility for your work and that of colleagues
Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
