Tom Moyane has been granted leave to appeal to cross-examine Public Enterprises Minister, Pravin Gordhan at the state capture inquiry.
Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo made the ruling on Monday.
In April, Moyane’s application to cross-examine Gordhan was dismissed by Zondo.
