The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) says a local man believed to be in his early 20’s drowned at Three Anchor Bay in Cape Town on Sunday.
Three teenagers are also missing.
Sources believe the teenagers were refugees from the Cape Town CBD.
The NSRI’s Craig Lambinon says the man has been taken into the care of the Forensic Pathology Services and an extensive air and shoreline search is underway.
“The incident occurred approximately two hours ago. We are currently searching for two males aged 16 and a female aged 15.”
